As part of the OutCities partnership with the City of Copenhagen, you are invited on-board the magnificent Danish training ship Georg Stage for a unique podcast-walk experience. The 45-minute podcast-walk contains tales about love and intimacy, of passionate affairs and cold-hearted broads, of despondent, wistful daydreams and magic encounters: About a girl who must seek hire under the guise of being a boy, about a boy who went off to sea in the hope of learning to love women, but ended up marrying the chief mate. It is an ode to the ancient myths of sirens and mermaids and the curious seafarer.
The Danish training ship Georg Stage will be moored in Museum Park Miami from Friday, May 26 – Sunday, May 28, 2017. Created by author and radio producer, Pejk Malinovski, the podcast-walk is a part of the most recent exhibition at the Danish Maritime Museum in Elsinore.
Pejk Malinowski, born 1976, is an award winning radio producer. He has worked for radio stations all over the world and was co-founder of the digital magazine Third Ear. Pejk Malinovski presently lives in New York City.
